Murphy Geomatics provides professional products directly to the planners, architects and civil engineers in the design community. These services include the initial boundary survey showing the limits of the property. In addition, we work with the owner’s legal counsel to depict the easements and recorded matters of title that affect the site, as well as any physical evidence which may indicate potential rights of others in the property. We can perform ground topographic surveys of the entire site or swath topography where roads and other improvements are expected. When an environmental assessment has been performed, we can locate the wetland and stream buffer flags while performing the topography. Site conditions are provided electronically to the design team as AutoCad layer-managed drawing files.

Whether the final use of the site will be a single family subdivision or a new manufacturing plant, Murphy Geomatics has the experience to take the project from idea to final sale.
